Each SV-Audio loudspeaker is designed, manufactured, and individually tested to ensure long-term performance and consistency.
SV-Audio warrants its loudspeakers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, provided the product is used under normal residential conditions and in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.
The warranty may be extended to a total of five (5) years from the original date of purchase, subject to product registration.
To qualify, the original purchaser must register the product
within 90 days of purchase via SV-Audio’s official registration system.

Failure to register within this period will result in the standard two-year warranty remaining in effect.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased through an authorized SV-Audio dealer or distributor within the purchaser’s country of residence.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, unless otherwise approved in writing by SV-Audio.
If a product is resold through an authorized SV-Audio dealer, the remaining warranty period may be transferred subject to documentation and approval.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty applies from the date of purchase, but in all cases expires no later than six (6) years from the date of shipment to the authorized SV-Audio dealer.
If a defect arises during the applicable warranty period, SV-Audio will, at its discretion:
All replaced products or parts become the property of SV-Audio.
If repair or replacement is not feasible, SV-Audio may offer compensation based on the pro-rata value of the original purchase price.
The chosen remedy will reflect the nature of the defect, product condition, and time in service.

This warranty is void if the product’s serial number has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
Warranty service is primarily handled through the authorized dealer or distributor.
Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from SV-Audio or an authorized partner. The RMA will be issued following review of the warranty claim.
Products returned without a valid RMA may be refused.
The product must be returned properly packed in its original packaging.

Products used for demonstration purposes by authorized dealers or distributors are covered by a limited warranty of two (2) years from the date of shipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by country, state, or region.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable law.
11 Design Changes
SV-Audio reserves the right to modify product designs, specifications, and pricing without obligation to existing owners.
